Troubleshoot missing online booking times

A booking widget only shows venues, services and specialists that have at least one available future time in its booking window. Use this checklist when an item or an entire day is missing.

Check the widget and venue

1. Open Online booking and use Preview on the affected widget.
2. Edit the widget and check Venue. A widget assigned to one venue cannot show availability from another; All venues checks every venue belonging to the company.
3. Confirm that the venue address and time zone are correct, because Bookibo calculates days and times in the venue time zone.

Check the working schedule

Open the venue settings under Settings → General.

• With Recurring Schedule, the required weekday must be enabled and have a valid start and end time.
• With Flexible Schedule, the exact future date must be selected. All selected dates use the shared Working hours range.

Past dates and times before the current venue-local time are never offered.

Check the service and specialist

Open Services, select the service and check its details and Team assignment.

• At least one specialist must be assigned to the service.
• The service duration plus its preparation time must fit inside one continuous free interval.
• A service that has been deleted is no longer available for new online bookings.

Check appointments and unavailable time

Open Appointments for the date and specialist. Existing Unconfirmed, Confirmed, To-do and Completed appointments occupy their recorded interval. One-time or recurring unavailable-time blockers also remove overlapping time. Cancelled, Rejected and Missed appointments do not occupy a slot.

Check the booking window

The owner can open Settings → Online booking and review:

• Online reservation closes — the minimum notice required before a start time;
• Online reservation opens — how far ahead clients may book.

If no maximum advance period is set, the widget searches the next 30 days when deciding whether a venue, service or specialist has future availability. The selected time-slot mode changes which start times are offered inside a free interval, but it cannot create a slot when the schedule is closed or the interval is too short.

Save any corrections and reopen Preview. Test the same venue, service and specialist combination that originally showed no time.
