Configure online booking rules

Open Settings → Online booking to change the default rules used by booking widgets.

Choose who and when can book

• Turn on Existing clients only to restrict online booking to clients already known to Bookibo.
• Set Reservation closes to control how close to an appointment start a client may book.
• Set Reservation opens to limit how far into the future clients can book.
• Turn on Accounting when completed appointments should record the amount paid.
• Turn on Allow self-cancelling if clients may cancel their own booking. When enabled, set the cancellation deadline.

Choose the time-slot mode

Bookibo supports three online booking modes:

• Fixed — slots follow fixed positions in the working day.
• Sticky — Bookibo keeps slots attached to existing booked time and shows currently unavailable gaps.
• Flexible — available start times move through the day using the selected time-slot step.

For Flexible mode, select the required slot step. Individual widgets can inherit these company defaults or override the mode and step.

Configure reminders

Use Notify before in the SMS Notifications section to choose when the reminder is sent. Availability of SMS is also determined by the active billing plan.

Select Save changes when finished.
