Configure online booking rules

Open Settings → Online booking to set the default rules used by booking widgets.

Choose who and when can book

• Turn on Existing Clients Booking Only to accept online bookings only when the entered phone number matches an existing Bookibo client. Blacklisted clients cannot book online.
• Set Online reservation closes to control how close to an appointment start a client may book.
• Set Online reservation opens to limit how far into the future clients can book.
• Turn on Track revenue when employees should enter the collected amount while completing an appointment.
• Turn on Allow Clients to Cancel Appointments if clients may cancel their own upcoming appointments. Then select the Cancellation Deadline.

Choose the time-slot mode

Bookibo supports three online booking modes:

• Fixed — Bookibo generates slots from the selected service duration, dividing the working day into fixed intervals and reducing idle gaps.
• Sticky — when the day has no bookings, Bookibo offers the first available slot at the start of the working day. Once bookings exist, it offers slots immediately before or after them to keep the schedule compact.
• Flexible — Bookibo offers start times using the selected Time step, regardless of the service duration. This mode can leave gaps between appointments.

Individual widgets can inherit the company mode or override it. A widget using Flexible mode can also have its own time step.

Configure reminders

Use Send SMS notification of the upcoming appointment in the SMS Notifications section to choose when the reminder is sent. SMS reminders are available only when they are included in the active billing plan.

Select Save changes when finished.
