Create and publish a booking widget

Open Widgets and select Add widget.

Configure the booking flow

1. Select a specific venue or All venues.
2. Add a description that helps you identify the widget in Bookibo.
3. Choose the language shown to clients.
4. Turn on Team member first if clients should choose a specialist before a service.
5. Use the company time-slot settings or select a widget-specific mode. Flexible mode also allows a separate slot step.
6. Enable prepayment if this widget should require full payment for online bookings. The payment connection must be active.

Design the button

Enter the button text, choose a rounded or square style, and set the button background and text colours. The preview updates from the current form values.

Save the widget. You can then open its preview from the widget actions.

Publish the widget

An existing widget provides two ways to publish:

• copy the Online Booking Widget link and use it in social profiles, messages or any normal link;
• copy the generated website code and paste it into the HTML where the booking button should appear.

After changing the generated code, save or publish the website again and test the booking flow. Editing Bookibo settings does not require replacing the widget link.
