Create and publish a booking widget

Open Online booking and select Add Widget.

Configure the booking flow

1. Select a specific venue or All venues.
2. Add a description that helps you identify the widget in Bookibo.
3. Choose the language shown to clients.
4. Turn on Show team member selection first if clients should choose a specialist before a service.
5. Use the company time-slot settings or select a widget-specific mode. Flexible mode also allows a separate Time step.
6. Turn on Require prepayment for online bookings if the widget should require full payment. The Stripe connection must be active, and every offered service must have a price greater than zero.

Design the button

Enter the button text, choose a rounded or square style, and set the button background and text colours. The preview updates from the current form values.

Save the widget. You can then open its preview from the widget actions.

Publish the widget

An existing widget provides two working ways to publish:

• use Copy Link or the Online Booking Widget link field to obtain a direct booking-page URL for social profiles, messages or any normal link;
• choose View Code, copy the complete generated script and paste it immediately before the closing </body> tag of the website.

The separate Code field in the widget editor currently contains button-preview markup with href="#"; it does not contain the functional Bookibo integration. Use the code from View Code for a website installation.

After inserting the script, save or publish the website and test the complete booking flow. Later changes to the widget settings do not require replacing the direct link or the installed script.
