Navigate the appointment calendar

The Appointments page combines the calendar with lists of appointments that need attention and upcoming confirmed appointments.

Change the date and view

Use the calendar controls to:

• go to today;
• move to the previous or next period;
• select a date;
• switch between day and week view.

Owners and administrators can select Entire team on a desktop screen. In this mode each specialist is shown in a separate calendar column. Specialists only see their own appointments.

Use the mobile tabs

On a small screen, Bookibo separates the planner into Calendar, List and To-do tabs. The To-do tab is not shown to specialists.

Search appointments

Open the search field and enter client or appointment information. While a query is active, Bookibo displays matching appointment results instead of the normal calendar content. Return to Appointments without a search query to clear the search.
