Bookibo is the controller of your Personal Data, unless otherwise stated in this Privacy Policy.
However, this Privacy Policy does not apply when we process Personal Data as a processor (or service provider) on behalf of our Clients. This includes when our Clients use Bookibo’s cloud services to manage their own customers’ data. In such cases:
- Bookibo does not own, control, or direct the use of Client Data.
- The Client or User is responsible for providing privacy notices to their customers.
- Clients and Users control access, retrieval, and usage of Client Data.
If your Personal Data has been submitted to us by a Client, and you wish to exercise your rights under applicable data protection laws, please contact the Client directly.
Bookibo does not independently transfer Client Data unless required for service operations or in compliance with legal obligations.

3.2 Information Collected by Clients
Clients may store or upload Client Data, which Bookibo does not control. Clients are responsible for privacy notices to their own customers.
