Edit venue details and working hours

Open Settings → General and select the venue under Venues.

Update venue information

You can change the Venue name, Phone number and Address. Select an address from the suggestions so Bookibo can update its city, country, coordinates and time zone together with the displayed address.

Use a recurring schedule

Select Recurring Schedule when the venue normally follows the same weekly pattern.

1. Turn on every weekday when the venue is open.
2. Set the start and end time for each open day.
3. To reuse the first row across the week, open its actions menu and select Apply to all days. This copies both its enabled state and its hours to all seven days.

Use selected open dates

Select Flexible Schedule when the venue opens on specific dates instead of a repeating week.

1. Select every open date in the calendar. Past dates cannot be selected.
2. Set Working hours after selecting at least one date.
3. Keep at least one future date selected. All selected dates use the same start and end time; changing the time updates every selected date.

Switching schedule mode does not delete the inactive configuration. Existing appointments and unavailable-time blockers are also left unchanged.

Select Save Changes when finished. Updated hours affect which future times can be offered in the calendar and booking widgets.
