Create your first venue

Bookibo opens the venue setup automatically when your account does not have a venue yet. Setup has two steps.

Add venue information

1. Enter the Venue name.
2. Enter the venue phone number. A country calling code on its own is not saved as a phone number.
3. Find and select the venue address. Bookibo also stores the city, country, coordinates and venue time zone associated with the address.
4. Select Create venue to continue.

Bookibo checks the venue name, phone number, address, city and country before opening the next step.

Set working hours

Choose one of the two schedule modes:

• Weekly — set availability separately for every weekday. Use this for a recurring schedule.
• Flexible — select the exact dates when the venue is open. All selected dates use the same start and end time. Past dates cannot be selected, and at least one open date is required.

Changing the mode does not delete the inactive schedule. You can switch back later without recreating it.

Select Save and start using Bookibo. The new venue becomes the selected venue and Bookibo opens the Services section.

Add another venue later

Open Settings → General and select Add venue. The same two-step setup is used, but the new venue is added to your existing company.
