Use business reports
Choose a reporting period and review appointments, revenue, retention and top performers.
Owner
Open Reports to review analytics for the selected venue. Reports require an active subscription.
Apply a reporting period
- Set the start date.
- Set the end date. Bookibo prevents the start from being after the end.
- Select Update.
The applied period is stored in the page URL, so returning to that URL restores the same date range.
Available report panels
The overview includes:
- appointment totals and changes over the period;
- revenue recorded from completed appointments;
- new and returning clients;
- the most in-demand team members;
- the most popular services;
- the most frequent clients.
Select the detailed team report to compare appointments, bookings, visits and revenue by team member for the same period.
If the subscription is inactive, Bookibo replaces the reports with a message and a link to the pricing page.
