Manage company details and subscription
Update company information, open venue settings and manage the active billing plan.
Open Settings → General to manage the selected company.
Company information
Update the business name and company website, then select Save changes. The same page lists the company’s venues.
Select a venue to edit its name, phone, address and working schedule. The venue form supports both recurring weekly hours and exact flexible open dates. Select Add venue to start the two-step venue setup when the active plan allows another location.
Billing status
The Billing panel shows the current plan and subscription state. Depending on that state, Bookibo offers actions to subscribe, upgrade, renew or manage the subscription.
Open Pricing to compare available plans. Plan limits are supplied by the Bookibo API and can include employee, venue and monthly appointment limits. Some plans can also enable prepayments, campaign tracking or external integrations.
When a limit is exceeded or a subscription expires, Bookibo disables affected editing actions until the plan is changed or renewed.
